At QIDI Tech, we offer a 30-day return window for our 3D printers and accessories to ensure you are completely satisfied with your hardware and printing experience. All returns must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

• 2.
  Technical Assessment

  Our engineers will review your request and may provide troubleshooting steps or a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if a return is necessary.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original internal foam and box to prevent transit damage, then attach the provided shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
